Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or wrong item delivered.
Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo or video proof.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
After verification, the refund amount will be added to the Fragseven wallet/store credit.
The wallet amount can be used for future purchases on Fragseven.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
